The Dead Valley Design between the garage and the house caused major moisture intrusion into the house and garage. Further investigation and inspection determined there were other issues behind the stucco as well. We decided all the stucco needed to be removed and replaced with James Hardie and natural stone. Interior mold remediation was required on this project as well.
